Access at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre

Access bookings here are handled by the theatre's own access team, not by us. You can contact them through the access page on the Troubadour Theatres website.

Getting in

There's level access from the street, into the foyer and into the ground-level part of the auditorium. There are two fully accessible toilets.

Wheelchair spaces move with the layout, because the seating is re-laid for each production. The access team will tell you where they are for your show.

Accessible parking

There's no public parking at the theatre, but there are two free accessible parking bays for access ticket holders. They have to be booked in advance through the access team. Blue Badge spaces are also available in Wembley Park's Red and Pink car parks.

Access discounts

Access discounts need a free Nimbus registration number. There are two schemes: the KX Tickets Access Scheme, which is free and lasts three years, or the Access Card, which costs £15 and works at venues across the country. For productions here, the Access Card gives a third off a single ticket, or two thirds off your own and a companion's ticket if your card carries the +1 symbol. The discount can vary between productions, and the theatre can hold your tickets for up to 14 days while your registration is approved.

Hearing loop, captions and relaxed performances

There's a hearing loop, and staff can give you a headset. Most productions put on a captioned or signed performance and a relaxed performance during the run, and the dates are on each show's page.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome. Let the access team know when you book, and staff can look after your dog during the performance if you'd like.
