Most ticket sites are built to process you. Search a show, pick a price, checkout, and hope the seat is any good. It's fast, and we can do this for you too, but we've built a reputation of helping our customers save money wherever possible.

It might sound a little corny but we really care about your trip to the theatre. That starts with your experience booking, all the way through to your journey up and back from the show, and even where you end up eating and drinking during your time in London. A theatre ticket is not just an email (or back in the old days: a piece of paper!). With regards price and value, a seat three rows further back can be the difference between a show you loved and a show you could only see half of…but could also be the same view at half the price!

What we actually do

We sell tickets for every major London West End show, and plenty of regional and touring productions too. We work directly with theatres and official partners.

We are also, genuinely, theatre people. Between us we've seen well over a thousand West End shows. From every part of every house. In previews and press nights, in the front row and the back of the gallery. We've sat in the best seats, and the worst seats! When you ask us a question about a show or a seat, you're not hearing a sales pitch. You're hearing someone who was there last Tuesday.

What makes us different

We answer the phone. Our number is on every page of this site, and the person who picks up is someone who can actually help. Not a call centre script, not a ticket number, not a chatbot. If you'd rather speak to a human, we're the easy choice.

We tell you when a seat isn't worth it. If you've picked something that has a pillar in the way, or a severely restricted view, or that you'd hate from the back of the Upper Circle, we'll say so. We'll often suggest a cheaper alternative that gives you a better view. Losing a sale might sound like bad business in the short term, but we're all about building trust, and if we can do that with you, then that's all the better.

No booking fees added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. No last-minute surprises, no "service charges" landing in the final step. This isn't a marketing line, it's how we've always done it.

Mostly, people planning something. A birthday. An anniversary. A school trip. A first London trip. A night out for a friend who's had a hard year. It tends to be a real decision, not a casual purchase, and we like that. It means what we do matters.
