[NEWS] Let It Be returns to West End’s Garrick Theatre for Limited Run

Few other bands can claim the artistic triumph, massive global success and highly publicized breakup that The Beatles can. In fact, their rise to fame and attempts to navigate through the tricky world of celebrity has become the basis for the smash-hit, Let It Be.

Now, the show is back on London’s West End for a strictly limited summer staging where fans of the foursome can relive The Beatles’ rise to musical infamy, told through over 40 songs across the band’s impressive discography.

Expect classic toe-tapping renditions of early hits like She Loves You, All My Lovin’ and I Want to Hold Your Hand; sweeping performances that include Strawberry Fields Forever and Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds as well worldwide chart toppers such as Yesterday, Come Together and Let It Be.

Seen by over 700,000 people when it was first staged at the Prince of Wales Theatre, then transferring to the Savoy Theatre, Let It Be features a rich musical performance that will not only draw the die hard fans, but introduce a new generation of music lovers to The Beatles at the Garrick Theatre.

Hit The Theatre is accepting bookings for Let It Be at the Garrick Theatre for its limited run from 9 July 2014 to 21 September 2014. Coincidentally, its opening night marks the 50th anniversary of The Beatles’ chart topping A Hard Day’s Night.
