I’m just visiting from the USA and I went to see Dreamboats and Petticoats at the Playhouse Theatre. I am 73 and thought the performance on Saturday was great! I would see it again if the same cast I heard were performing. I would encourage anyone who enjoys the 50’s era music in the States to see this musical! I have all the songs and it was so nice to hear them sung in England. Keep up the good work!

We have seen the show twice and are looking at going back a third time. This is a Fantastic show, The cast are enjoying themselves and this flows into the audience. Reccomended for children and adults. I would defy anyone to leave this show and not be smiling and having had a fantastic experience.

Just to thank Hit The Theatre for arranging such good seats for the two London Shows Dreamboats and Petticoats and Blithe Spirit (LINK). We both enjoyed them and were excellent productions. I cannot understand why the critics did not like Blithe Spirit it was great.

I booked tickets for Dreamboats & Petticoats through Hit The Theatre for the 13 May 2011. I was a bit concerned because we weren’t given the option to choose our seats. I must say I was delighted that we were the fourth row from the stage!!! Dreamboats & Petticoats is a family miucsal especially suited to those of an older generation who have fond memories of those 50 s classics as this show is filled with them!! It also tells the classic story of boy meet girl and everything that follows! Its definitely a show for all the family and highly recommendable as a family day out! Especially if the family has one or two generations within it! With cheap tickets always available this show is a must see!
